Our Policy

  • The cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice prior to the check-in time. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.
  • All guests are required to present a valid international passport or an acceptable photo ID during check-in. Failure to provide an acceptable ID will result in the inability to check-in.
  • The full payment for the stay must be settled during the check-in process.
  • Please note that the property is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure the safety of their belongings. A storage room is available for guests to temporarily store their luggage for a maximum duration of 24 hours.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by inappropriate behavior during their stay and will be expected to reimburse the property accordingly.
  • If you book one or more dorm beds, we cannot guarantee that your entire group will be accommodated in the same dorm room.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest breaking the rules.
